Inside Sales & Business Development Manager – US Market

About the RoleDeccan Surfaces / YAL LIVING is looking for an experienced Inside Sales & Business Development Manager based in India to support our growing U.S. business.

This is a remote, full-time position working U.S. Central Time hours, primarily focused on selling flooring, tiles, countertops and natural stone to the U.S. construction market.

We are looking for a proactive salesperson who can generate current business, build relationships and consistently follow up until opportunities are closed.

Key Responsibilities• Identify and prospect home builders, custom builders, remodelers, contractors, countertop fabricators, designers and developers

- Make outbound calls and introduce our flooring and countertop products
- Generate and qualify new B2B sales opportunities
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Follow up on inquiries, samples, quotations and open opportunities until closure
- Identify upcoming residential, remodeling and construction projects
- Schedule showroom visits, product presentations and sales meetings
- Manage leads, opportunities, tasks and follow-ups through Zoho CRM




- Communicate with customers through phone, email and WhatsApp
- Coordinate with our U.S. sales, showroom and operations teams

Requirements• 2–5+ years of sales / inside sales / business development experience

- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong outbound calling, prospecting and follow-up skills
- Comfortable communicating with U.S. customers
- Experience with CRM software; Zoho CRM preferred
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Must be willing to work U.S. Central Time hours

Experience selling flooring, countertops, stone, tiles, building materials, construction products or interior products is a strong advantage.

Experience selling to the U.S. market is highly preferred.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the sales pipeline and enjoys developing new accounts, building relationships and closing sales.
