– Telecalling / Inside Sales Executive (Agri)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telecalling / Inside Sales Executive to connect with farmers through lead-based calling, understand their agricultural requirements, and promote our range of agricultural products. The role involves converting leads into customers through effective communication, product pitching, and regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to farmer-based leads and introduce the company and its products.

Understand farmers' requirements based on their crop, cultivation practices, and agricultural needs.

Pitch and promote the company's range of organic/agricultural products, including:

- Turmeric
- Coconut
- Banana
- Cardamom

Promote micro-input and crop-care products, including fertilizers, insecticides, pesticides, and other relevant agricultural inputs, in accordance with applicable product guidance and regulations.Explain product features, perks, usage information,



and pricing clearly to farmers.Identify potential customers and convert qualified leads into sales.Follow up regularly with interested farmers to move leads through the sales process.Maintain accurate records of calls, farmer requirements, follow-ups, and sales conversions.Coordinate with the field sales/operations team for farmer visits, product requirements, and order fulfilment.Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.Handle farmer queries professionally and escalate technical agricultural questions to the appropriate agronomy team when required.Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers to encourage repeat purchases.

Required Skills:

Good communication and convincing skills.Comfortable speaking with farmers over the phone.Basic understanding of agriculture and farming practices is preferred.Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.Target-oriented and proactive approach.Ability to maintain call and sales records.

Mandatory : Kannada + Tamil

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
