Role Description This is a full-time Inside Sales (Calling) role based on-site at Unifers.ai’s office in Noida.

The Inside

Sales team member will make outbound calls to potential leads, qualify prospects, and schedule product demonstrations or follow-up conversations for the sales team. The role involves nurturing leads, explaining Unifers.ai’s solutions, handling basic objections, and ensuring timely follow-ups via phone, email, and messaging tools.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, coordinating with marketing and sales stakeholders, and contributing to lead generation campaigns. The individual will focus on delivering a positive experience to prospects while supporting revenue growth and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation for outbound calling and prospect qualification.




- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to handle queries professionally and build trust.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including transparent spoken and written English, for effective engagement with prospects.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales pipelines, with the ability to update and manage lead information accurately.
- 0–1 year of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles; internships or projects in sales are an advantage.
- Comfortable working in an on-site, fast-paced startup environment and meeting call targets and performance metrics.
- Ability to learn quickly about SaaS, data, and AI-based solutions; interest in B2B sales and revenue operations.
- Minimum educational qualification: bachelor’s degree or equivalent; strong motivation and aptitude may be considered in lieu of formal experience.
