Role Description The Inside Sales and Telecalling Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Daskroi. This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with potential and existing customers, and presenting Veer Elevator’s products and services clearly and professionally. The executive will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, maintaining follow-ups, preparing basic quotations or proposals, and updating CRM or sales records accurately.

Daily tasks include coordinating with the field sales team, addressing customer queries, sharing product information, and supporting the closure of sales opportunities.



The role also includes gathering customer feedback, contributing to sales targets, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

- Strong inside sales and sales skills, with the ability to understand elevator products and convert inquiries into orders.
- Proficiency in lead generation, including cold calling, follow-ups, and nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Effective communication and customer service skills, with a professional phone manner and the ability to build rapport.
- Basic computer literacy, including use of CRM or spreadsheets for tracking leads and customer interactions.
- Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or a similar role, preferably in engineering, construction, or related industries.
- Ability to work on-site in Daskroi, manage time efficiently, and collaborate with sales and operations teams.
