Job Title: Inside & Outside Sales Executive – Residential Interior Design

About UsWe are a leading interior design firm with a strong footprint in large-scale commercial office projects. As we scale our Residential Interior Division, we are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive based in Satellite, Ahmedabad, to drive residential client acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Conversion & Follow-ups: Rigorously follow up on inbound leads generated via social media campaigns and digital inquiries.
- Client Consultation & Meetings: Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective residential clients, present design portfolios, and understand client requirements.
- Pitching & Closing: Work alongside design teams to pitch proposals, negotiate, and successfully close residential design contracts.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain end-to-end follow-up tracking and report pipeline progress weekly.

1. Industry Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of direct sales/business development experience specifically within an Interior Design Firm or Architecture / Fit-out Studio. (Resumes from Real Estate brokerage, Insurance, FMCG, or Retail sales without interior design experience will NOT be considered).
2. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field.
3. Location: Must be residing in or willing to commute daily to Satellite, Ahmedabad.
4. Skills: Excellent communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and English; strong negotiation skills; proven track record of closing interior leads.
