Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Establish clear roles and responsibilities for team members and stakeholders, and ensure accountability throughout the project.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and issues.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and adjust plans as necessary to meet project milestones and deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Generate opportunities for cross-sell/upsell.
- Lead project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and stakeholder presentations.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Keep a close eye on the billing v/s deployed components and highlight diversions, if any.
- Keep in touch with the customer’s business owners and decision makers to understand their technology needs and upsell / cross-sell where possible.
- Ensure compliance with project management best practices, standards, and methodologies.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting teamwork, creativity, and innovation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and coach junior project management staff,



providing guidance and support to facilitate their skilled growth and development.
- Prepare and present project reports, including status reports, budget updates, and post-project evaluations, to senior management and stakeholders.

Desired Skills

- Master’s degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, Waterfall, etc.
- Proven ability to identify project risks and develop effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience managing projects in diverse industries or sectors is a plus.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of project management.
- Must be well versed with excel and capable to maintain customer accounts from commercial perspective.
- Should be good at documentation and record keeping.

Qualifications

- M.E / M.Tech / MBA/ MCA
- Certificates - PMP
