Role Description The Information Technology Intern will support daily IT operations and assist the team in maintaining hardware, software, and network infrastructure. This is a full-time, in office role based in Noida, where the intern will help monitor systems, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate technical issues as needed.

Responsibilities include assisting with network administration tasks, supporting network security measures, and documenting IT procedures. The intern will provide front-line customer service to internal users, help resolve technical queries,



and contribute to small IT projects under supervision. The role offers hands-on exposure to real-world IT environments and collaboration with experienced professionals.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge in Information Technology and interest in learning up-to-date IT systems and tools.
- Skills in Network Administration and basic understanding of Network Security principles.
- Ability to perform Troubleshooting of hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Strong Customer Service orientation, with clear communication and patience when supporting users.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux), basic hardware components, and common office applications.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage time effectively, and follow instructions and documentation standards.
- Willingness to learn, attention to detail, and a cooperative mindset; prior internship or project experience is an advantage.
