We currently produce 40 creator videos per month and are looking for an experienced D2C professional to lead our UGC and influencer marketing.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers and UGC creators.
- Identify and onboard creators aligned with our brand and campaign goals.
- Negotiate fees, deliverables, timelines and content usage rights.
- Manage campaigns from outreach and briefing through revisions and final delivery.
- Work closely with our Performance Marketing Head to analyze creative results and improve future content.
- Track creator costs, delivery timelines and performance to identify partnerships worth scaling.

- A strong, active network of creators you’ve personally worked with.
