Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Influencer Marketing & Operations Intern role based in Gurugram. The intern will support influencer discovery and outreach, assist in managing influencer relationships, and help coordinate ongoing campaigns across social media platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining influencer databases, tracking campaign performance, preparing basic reports, and supporting communication between creators, brands, and internal teams.

The role also involves assisting with content calendars, ensuring timely deliverables,



and helping streamline operational processes for influencer collaborations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Public Relations skills to manage influencer and brand interactions effectively.
- Candidates should possess Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills to support creator campaigns and platform engagement.
- Candidates should possess Sales and relationship-building skills to help identify opportunities, negotiate collaborations, and drive campaign outcomes.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of analytics or campaign performance metrics; proficiency in common office and collaboration tools.
- Interest in the creator economy, digital marketing, and brand partnerships; prior internship or project experience in related fields is a plus.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related discipline preferred.
