Role Description The Influencer Marketing & Operations Intern will support end-to-end influencer campaigns, including identifying suitable creators, coordinating outreach, and managing relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in campaign planning, tracking deliverables, maintaining databases, and preparing performance reports. The intern will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure campaigns align with brand objectives and run smoothly.

This is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram,



requiring close coordination with internal teams and external partners to execute high-quality influencer initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Public Relations skills for effective creator and brand interaction.
- Candidates should possess Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills to support campaign planning and execution.
- Candidates should possess basic Sales and relationship-building skills to help drive partnerships and collaborations.
- Candidates should possess organizational and analytical skills to manage operations, track performance metrics, and maintain accurate records.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with common digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and an understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- An interest in the creator economy, influencer culture, and brand partnerships will be beneficial.
