Company Description

Ravel is a fast-growing custom haircare and skincare brand featured on Shark Tank and recently listed on the stock exchange. Built on strong product results, credibility, and powerful storytelling, we are now scaling our creator and influencer engine aggressively.

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Intern who lives on Instagram, understands how creators work, and wants to learn influencer marketing by actually doing it. You will work directly with the marketing team on live campaigns from day one. This is an execution-heavy, 3-month internship with the option to convert to a full-time role based on performance.

Role Description

- Research and shortlist micro and mid-tier influencers who fit the brand
- Run outreach over DMs, email, and WhatsApp, and follow up until closure
- Support negotiations and collaboration closures with guidance from the team
- Share briefs with creators and follow up on content, approvals, and posting timelines
- Coordinate product dispatches and track deliveries
- Spot UGC opportunities, trending formats, and creators worth testing
- Track reach, engagement, and creator output for every campaign




- Keep the influencer database and reporting sheets updated and clean
- Work closely with the creative and performance team

Qualifications

- Students in their final year, fresh graduates, or up to 6 months of relevant experience
- Solid understanding of Instagram, Reels, Stories, and the creator ecosystem
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Comfortable with Google Sheets or Excel
- Organized, with the ability to handle multiple follow-ups at once
- Proactive, quick to learn, and not shy about reaching out to strangers
- Available full time, on-site, for 3 months
