Role Overview

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive / Manager who can take ownership of influencer campaigns, creator relationships, and brand partnerships.

This is a high-impact role where you'll work closely with creators, brands, and internal teams to execute successful campaigns while helping Talentrix Media grow its creator network and client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer & Creator Management

- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators, talent agencies, and industry partners.




- Expand and strengthen Talentrix Media's creator network.
- Act as the primary point of contact for creators throughout campaigns and collaborations.

Campaign Planning & Execution

- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and communication.
- Ensure smooth execution from campaign planning to completion.
- Monitor content quality and ensure creators meet campaign requirements.

Brand Partnerships & Business Development

- Identify and secure relevant influencer collaboration opportunities.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with brands and marketing teams.
- Support negotiations related to deliverables, timelines, and campaign requirements.
- Contribute to growing Talentrix Media's brand partnerships and revenue opportunities.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

- Monitor campaign performance across key metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, conversions, and ROI.
- Prepare detailed campaign reports and actionable insights.
- Analyze results and recommend improvements for future campaigns.

Industry Research & Growth

- Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, platform updates,



and creator economy developments.
- Track competitor activities and identify emerging creator opportunities.
- Contribute ideas, processes, and strategies that help Talentrix Media scale and grow.

Who We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, talent management, account management, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and the influencer marketing ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign performance and reporting metrics.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
