- Skilled in selecting optimal yeast strains for maximizing ethanol yield.
- Experienced in yeast propagation, and maintaining yeast viability and vitality. Proficient in troubleshooting yeast-related issues, such as contamination, low viability, and suboptimal fermentation performance.
- Expertise in optimizing fermentation parameters (e.g., temperature, pH, and nutrient levels) for efficient sugar-to-ethanol conversion.
- • Strong understanding of yeast metabolism and its role in ethanol production. Troubleshooting Skills Expert in resolving fermentation issues, including stuck/sluggish fermentations, contamination, and reduced ethanol yields.
- Skilled in diagnosing yeast performance problems, such as low viability, vitality loss,



and stress from inhibitors.

Proficient in optimizing process parameters (e.g., temperature, pH, nutrient levels, enzyme dosages) for efficient production.

- Experienced in identifying and mitigating contamination through improved sterilization and CIP protocols.
