Role Description The Influencer Marketing Manager will lead end-to-end influencer campaigns, from strategy and planning through execution and performance analysis. This full-time, on-site role is based in Noida and involves identifying and vetting relevant influencers, negotiating partnerships, and managing ongoing relationships across social platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing campaign briefs, coordinating content calendars, overseeing content approvals, and ensuring deliverables meet brand and compliance guidelines.

The role also requires monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports and insights, and optimizing future initiatives based on data.

Manager will collaborate closely with internal marketing, creative,



and analytics teams to align influencer activity with broader brand objectives.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in influencer marketing, social media campaigns, and partnership management.
- Strong skills in campaign planning, project coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics, interpret data, and prepare explicit, actionable reports.
- Familiarity with social platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and influencer discovery/management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and brand tone consistency.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in agency or brand-side digital marketing is an advantage; knowledge of content and performance marketing is beneficial.
