MARS Cosmetics is building high-quality, accessible beauty products for everyone. As we continue expanding across South Asia, we are looking for an Influencer Marketing professional to lead and grow our creator ecosystem across Nepal and Bangladesh.

About the Role:

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive to manage and grow influencer marketing activities across Nepal and Bangladesh. The role will focus on creator scouting, campaign execution, influencer relationships, negotiations, and performance tracking across both markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and build a strong network of influencers and content creators across Nepal and Bangladesh.
- Scout creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Shortlist creators based on content quality, audience, engagement, category relevance, and campaign objectives.
- Coordinate with creators on campaign briefs, deliverables, timelines, product dispatches, and content approvals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and influencer agencies.
- Negotiate commercials,



deliverables, and campaign terms with creators and agencies.
- Track campaign performance, including reach, views, engagement, CPV, and other relevant metrics.
- Identify emerging creators and stay updated on social media, beauty, and content trends across Nepal and Bangladesh.
- Maintain influencer databases, campaign trackers, and performance reports.

What We’re Looking For:

- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, social media, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of the influencer ecosystem in Nepal and/or Bangladesh.
- Ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously.
- Positive understanding of influencer metrics and campaign reporting.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and maintaining trackers.
- Proactive, organised, detail-oriented, and up to date with social media and content trends.
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
- Candidates with local market knowledge or existing creator relationships in Nepal/Bangladesh will be preferred.
