Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Intern to support the Admin & Facilities team in managing day-to-day office operations and employee services.

Key Responsibilities

- Support daily office and facility operations.




- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, pantry, maintenance and other vendors.
- Assist with inventory and office supplies.
- Support employees in day-to-day activities .
- Manage Lunch and Snacks
- Maintain Admin trackers and documentation.
- Conduct basic facility checks and coordinate timely resolution of issues.
- Support implementation of Admin policies, SOPs and processes.

Requirements

- Graduate / pursuing BBA, B.Com, BA, or relevant course.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel .
- Robust follow-up and organizational skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
