About Vattara AI

Vattara AI is a voice agent observability and testing platform. Enterprises use it to validate voice agents before launch and monitor them in production, with visibility into call quality, failures, and compliance.

The engagement

We are looking for independent sales consultants to source and progress enterprise opportunities for Vattara. This is a commission-based consulting engagement, not an employment role. You work on your own schedule and can take on other work alongside.

Responsibilities

- Identify and approach enterprise accounts running or building voice agents
- Run early conversations, qualify needs, and book demos
- Coordinate with our founders through evaluation, negotiation, and close
- Keep the pipeline updated on accounts you are working

Requirements

- Proven track record selling B2B software or services to enterprises
- Existing network in contact centers, BPOs, CX, or conversational AI
- Comfortable with long sales cycles and a commission-only structure




- Robust communication and follow-through

Good to have

- Prior exposure to voice AI, CCaaS, or contact center technology
- Experience selling to CX, operations, or technology leaders

Compensation

- Attractive commission on every closed deal you source
- Deal registration to protect your qualified accounts, subject to approval
- Monthly payouts under a written consulting agreement

Our support Sales collateral, demo and technical support, and a founder on strategic calls.

Qualifications
