Role: Application Support Production Support

Experience Range – 3 to 5Years.(MANDATORY TOTAL YEAR)

Location – Bangalore

Shift – Rotational Shift (including Night Shifts)

Competency Required

•Minimum 3 years of overall experience, with 1-2 years of relevant hands-on experience in performing helpdesk & support activities for enterprise applications including client/ server and web applications

•Familiar and good working knowledge of J2EE applications, mobile applications, programming languages such as Java, databases (RDBMS, NoSQL) and scripting capabilities.

•Experience with Issue tracking software.

Roles and Responsibilities





•Work with the Application Development & Maintenance team to resolve issues as and when required.

•Build automated scripts and demonstrate robust scripting skills for both trivial and non-trivial tasks.

•Diagnose and resolve application related issues logged with the helpdesk.

•Log all application related issues from end users into the Issue tracking software. Categorize and provide a 1st level diagnosis for reported issues in the software.

•Provide status update on all logged issues as & when required.

•Ensure compliance with SLAs for application related issues logged with the helpdesk.
