Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail & POS Technical Consultant with robust expertise in D365 Commerce/Retail, POS development, Retail SDK customization, integrations, and Azure services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale retail solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, maintain, and support D365 Retail & POS solutions.
- Customize Retail SDK components using X++, C#, and TypeScript.
- Design and implement integrations with external applications using REST APIs, OData, Azure Logic Apps,



and Power Platform.
- Configure and support Fiscal Printer Integrations, Fiscal Connectors, and country-specific compliance requirements.
- Implement and troubleshoot Third-Party Printing Solutions such as Zebra and Epson printers.
- Develop and optimize POS extensions, Hardware Station integrations, and offline synchronization processes.
- Lead performance optimization activities for batch jobs, data entities, and retail transactions.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and client stakeholders to deliver scalable retail solutions.
- Create technical documentation and contribute to solution governance and best practices.
