Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Contentful Developer with strong expertise in building and managing enterprise-grade digital experiences using the Contentful Headless CMS platform. The candidate will be responsible for designing content models, developing integrations, and delivering scalable web applications integrated with modern frontend frameworks and APIs.
Responsibilities
Design and implement Contentful content models and architecture.
Develop and maintain Contentful-powered web applications.
Integrate Contentful with frontend frameworks and third-party services.
Configure content workflows, roles, permissions, and environments.
Create and manage content migration scripts across environments.
Optimize content delivery using GraphQL and Content Delivery APIs.
Collaborate with UX, Content Authors, Architects, and Product Owners.
Implement CI/CD pipelines for content and application deployments.
Ensure security, scalability, and performance best practices are followed.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support.
Must Have Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Contentful CMS (Headless CMS)
Experience in Content Modeling, Content Types, Assets, Locales, and Environments
Expertise in Contentful Delivery API, Management API, GraphQL API, and Preview API
Strong JavaScript/TypeScript knowledge
Experience with contemporary frameworks such as:
React.js
Next.js
Angular (good to have)
Experience integrating Contentful with enterprise applications
REST API and GraphQL development experience
Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies
Experience with Contentful CLI and migration scripts
Understanding of SEO and web performance optimization
