Senior Full Stack Senior Lead Web Application Developer The Senior Full Stack Web App Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications. The position will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

This is a technical leadership role. You will write production code, set UI/UX architectural direction, mentor contributors, and drive the roadmap for the Vision progressive-enhancement library and the broader platform. You will work across a complex, data-heavy frontend with live chart builders, multi-chart dashboard canvases, Azure-authenticated APIs, and Power BI embeds.

Key Responsibilities

1.Designing and developing high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly web applications using modern web technologies.

2.Collaborating with product owners and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

3.Building and maintaining the back-end infrastructure, including databases, APIs, and server-side logic.

4.Implementing front-end features and user interfaces using React js, Node JS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks on Azure services.

5.Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.

6.Troubleshooting and debugging issues, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing effective solutions.

7.Optimizing web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.





8.Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development and proposing innovative solutions to improve our products.

9.Mentoring and providing guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

10.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of web applications with other systems and platforms.

Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2.Proven experience (5+ years ) as a Full Stack Web-App Developer, with a strong portfolio of enterprise grade web applications.

3.Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frameworks like React, Vite, TypeScript, Tailwind v4, and a growing component library (Vision) powered by shadcn/ui and Radix UI primitives.

4.Prior extensive experience on build graph & analytics heavy interactive web application.

5.Clear understanding of WebApp Architecture and best practices.

6.Experience is designing and developing UIX and best practices.

7.Experience with D3 and other graph frameworks and power BI embedding mechanism.

8.Strong knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python and API.

9.Experience with database systems such as SQL DB, or PostgreSQL.

10.Familiarity with Azure cloud platforms and containerization technologies like Docker.

11.Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.

12.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

13.Robust communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

14.Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies.
