Key Responsibilities:
- Lead operation and maintenance of plant utilities: water cooling systems, cooling towers, pumps, air compressors, and hydraulic and lubrication systems supporting the rolling mill
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of utility equipment to ensure uninterrupted supply to the mill
- Monitor utility performance, water treatment and energy consumption, and implement efficiency improvements
Desired Candidate:
- Experience in Hot Rolling Mill mandatory.
- Relevant experience in the respective role.
- Robust teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work at the Asansol location.
