Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mechanical maintenance of the rolling mill: reheating furnace, mill stands, shears, cooling bed, Tempcore/quenching system and bundling equipment
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance to maximize uptime
- Supervise roll shop activities, roll changes, pass setting, guide alignment and gearbox and bearing maintenance
Desired Candidate:
- Experience in Hot Rolling Mill mandatory.
- Relevant experience in the respective role.
- Solid teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work at the Asansol location.
