Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls from international customers
- Provide accurate and professional solutions to customer queries
- Communicate confidently with international customers in fluent English
- Understand customer concerns and resolve issues effectively
- Maintain excellent customer service and call quality
- Record and update customer information accurately
- Follow company policies processes and quality standards
- Candidate Requirements
- Excellent spoken English with transparent pronunciation
- Strong communication listening and interpersonal skills
- Good problem solving and customer handling abilities
- Comfortable communicating with international customers
- Willing to work in rotational shifts including night shifts when required

Preferred Experience

- Previous experience in an International BPO or International Voice Process is preferred
- Experience in inbound customer support will be an advantage
