Guru Krupa Consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual to join our team as an Import Export Documentation Specialist. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure all necessary documentation and paperwork required for importing and exporting goods are completed accurately and in compliance with regulations. This includes preparing and submitting customs documents, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other relevant paperwork.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive understanding of import/export regulations, and be able to work efficiently under pressure. Previous experience in import/export documentation and knowledge of international trade practices is preferred. Join our team and play a key role in facilitating smooth and efficient import/export operations for our clients.

- Process import and export documentation accurately and efficiently

- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping companies




- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and requirements
- Track shipments and resolve any shipping and documentation issues
- Prepare and maintain records of all import and export transactions
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams regarding shipment status
- Monitor and update shipment schedules and delivery dates
- Verify and review all import and export documents for accuracy
- Provide support to the import and export team as needed
- Maintain knowledge of current import and export laws and regulations.
