About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Immigration Consultant to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have experience in immigration and visa processing, strong communication skills, and the ability to guide clients throughout the immigration process.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel clients regarding immigration, visa, and relocation options for Canada, Australia, and Middle Eastern countries.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable visa pathways based on their profile.
- Prepare, review, and verify immigration and visa documentation.
- Assist clients with application forms, supporting documents, and submission procedures.
- Manage client cases from initial consultation through application submission and follow-up.
- Coordinate with clients and relevant authorities regarding application status and additional requirements.
- Keep clients informed about application progress, documentation requirements, and timelines.
- Ensure all documents and applications are accurate and complete before submission.
- Handle client queries professionally and provide timely assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of applications, documents, and client communications.




- Stay updated on changes to immigration rules, visa requirements, and application procedures.
- Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and ethical immigration practices.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in immigration consultancy, visa processing, or a related field.
- Experience handling immigration cases for Canada, Australia, or Middle Eastern countries is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive knowledge of immigration documentation and application procedures.
- Strong client-handling and counselling skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client cases and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Candidates with experience in international immigration or overseas education/visa consultancy will be considered.
