Currently, around 4,000 employees are working at CARIAD on the digital transformation of the car. CARIAD is working intensively on the software and technology platform for Premium Platform Electric (PPE). The first vehicles based on PPE will be the electric Porsche Macan and Audi Q6 e-tron.

At the core of CARIAD is the development of the unified and scalable software and technology platform E³ 2.0 for all Group brands. E³ stands for ‘end to end electronics architecture’. The new software and technology platform is built from scratch and will be used first at the end of 2024 in Artemis, the lighthouse project of Audi.

As of 2026, E³ 2.0 is due to be scaled by the Volkswagen brand with Trinity in the volume segment.

Key Responsibilities

- Operational Support & Coordination
- Assist Product Manager in maintaining product backlogs, roadmaps, and requirement documents.
- Coordinate between development, architecture, QA, and other teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
- Track progress on deliverables, dependencies, and delays.
- Identify and escalate risks or dependencies early; propose mitigation strategies.
- Plan and track PI deliverables, ensuring timely completion of Epics and Capabilities.
- Coordinate release approvals, documentation, and sign-offs with cross-regional stakeholders.





- Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare product requirement documents, meeting notes, and action trackers.
- Generate regular status reports, dashboards, and KPIs for leadership review.

- Stakeholder Communication

- Facilitate communication between Product Management and internal teams.
- Support in organizing product review meetings, demos, and stakeholder updates.

- Execution & Delivery Support

- Monitor sprint progress and help resolve blockers with Scrum Masters/Product Owners
- Track feature readiness, testing completion, and release notes.

- Continuous Improvement

- Suggest improvements in processes, tools, and reporting to enhance product execution.
- Help implement best practices in product workflows and team collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, data governance, and quality requirements.

Good To Have:

- Understanding of functional safety (ISO 26262) and cybersecurity (ISO/SAE 21434) standards
- Understanding of market regulation- and homologation requirements (GBs, UNECE, KMVSS, etc.)
- Familiarity with Agile Release Train (ART) roles and SAFe® practices
- Prior experience in multi-regional/global automotive programs
- Knowledge of MEB, PPE, MQB platforms
- Knowledge of threat analysis and cybersecurity requirements.

Skills Required:

- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of the principles of an In Vehicle- Intrusion detection systems (IDS)
- Proficiency in AGILE frameworks
- Solid experience with project management and requirements management (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Codebeamer, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across regions (NAR, EU, CN, SKo).
- Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and ability to handle complex, multi-domain systems.
