Title: Imaging Support Specialist

Location: 400051, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

Working Schedule: Onsite Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm IST

Required

- 1-3+ years of experience in desktop support, PC deployment, and device imaging
- Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and basic networking
- Robust English communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred

- Experience with Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, MDT, Jamf, or similar deployment tools
- CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications, or similar credentials

Position Summary We are seeking an Imaging Support Specialist to support a large-scale Digital Brand Integration project by imaging, deploying, and supporting end-user devices. This role is responsible for preparing laptops and desktops, assisting users during device setup and migration, and providing hands-on technical support throughout the deployment process

Key Responsibilities

Device Imaging & Deployment (60%)

- Image, configure,



and deploy Windows laptops and desktops
- Install standard applications, security tools, and complete domain/Entra ID enrollment
- Validate devices against deployment standards and prepare equipment for end users
- Manage collection, wiping, and staging of legacy hardware

User Support & Onboarding (25%)

- Assist users with first-time login, MFA setup, profile configuration, and data access.
- Troubleshoot deployment-related hardware, software, printer, and peripheral issues
- Provide onsite, face-to-face support during device rollouts

Documentation & Asset Management (15%)

- Document work, issues, and resolutions within the ticketing system
- Maintain accurate asset and inventory records
- Coordinate with US-based IT teams and escalate unresolved issues
- Support additional project activities as needed
