Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage the integration of Sterling Integrator with Connect Direct, ensuring seamless data exchange between systems.

- Troubleshoot issues related to file processing and resolve them efficiently using various tools such as Sterling File Gateway.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in the integration process and implement changes accordingly.

- Develop and maintain documentation for the integrated system, including configuration files, test scripts, and user guides.

Job Requirements :

- 7-12 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry.

- Robust understanding of Connect Direct, Sterling Integrator, and Sterling File Gateway technologies.

- Experience working on similar projects involving complex integrations between multiple systems.
