Role &

- Responsibilities

- Design and facilitate inquiry-driven Mathematics and Science units aligned with IB PYP framework and conceptual understanding.

- Integrate transdisciplinary themes into daily lessons, connecting Math &
- Science with literacy, social studies, and personal development.

- Employ differentiated instruction and formative assessment strategies to meet diverse learner needs and track conceptual progress.

- Collaborate with homeroom and specialist teachers to co-plan units, share resources, and ensure continuity across subject areas.

- Build student ownership through reflective practices, choice-based learning,



and authentic real-world problem-solving tasks.

- Engage parents and caregivers through regular communication, portfolios, and learning conferences to support holistic student growth.
