- Manage VMware vSphere ESXi vCenter clusters virtual machines and associated virtualization services
- Administer Nutanix AHV Prism Central and HCI environments including capacity planning and performance optimization
- Manage and maintain Cisco UCS switches servers and other data center hardware components
- Perform infrastructure provisioning configuration management and lifecycle management activities
- Monitor infrastructure health resource utilization and system performance using enterprise monitoring tools
- Implement and maintain high availability backup disaster recovery and business continuity solutions
- Perform OS hypervisor firmware and platform patching activities while ensuring minimal business disruption
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure virtualization hardware storage and container platform issues
- Collaborate with application network cloud and security teams for infrastructure deployments and operational support
- Automate routine infrastructure tasks using Ansible Bash PowerShell or Python
- Conduct root cause analysis RCA for critical incidents and implement preventive measures
- Ensure compliance with security standards infrastructure hardening and governance requirements
- Create and maintain technical documentation SOPs architecture diagrams and operational runbooks
- Support infrastructure modernization migration and cloud transformation initiatives
- Participate in 24x7 production support incident management change management and on call activities
- Manage hardware inventory vendor coordination warranty tracking and lifecycle management of enterprise infrastructure assets
- Perform capacity planning and recommend infrastructure upgrades to support business growth
