Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Professional to manage the day-to-day HR function at We Connect. The role will cover recruitment, employee onboarding, HR documentation, attendance, policies, employee engagement and general HR operations.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently and building structured HR processes within a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, creative, event and operational roles.
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Manage onboarding, joining formalities and employee documentation.
- Prepare and maintain offer letters, employment records and HR files.
- Maintain accurate attendance, leave and employee records.
- Develop, implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure employees understand company policies, processes and workplace expectations.
- Handle day-to-day employee queries and HR-related concerns.
- Coordinate probation reviews, confirmations and other employee lifecycle processes.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
- Maintain HR trackers and provide regular reports to management.
- Coordinate background verification and other pre-employment processes.




- Ensure HR practices and documentation remain compliant with applicable employment regulations.
- Work with management to identify HR requirements as the organisation grows.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or a relevant field is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and general HR operations.
- Experience managing the complete employee lifecycle.
- Good knowledge of HR documentation, policies and processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of attendance, leave and employee records.
- Robust organisational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters professionally.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and HR software.
- Experience in an event management, agency or other fast-paced organisation is an advantage.

Success in 6 Months

- Establish organised and accurate HR documentation and employee records.
- Improve recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Ensure employees understand and follow company policies.
- Maintain reliable attendance, leave and HR tracking systems.
- Build a structured approach to employee lifecycle management.
- Provide management with clear and timely HR updates.
- Become the primary point of contact for day-to-day HR requirements.

Selection Process

Candidates will undergo an interview and practical HR assessment covering recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, documentation and workplace scenarios.

Overtime will be compensated as per company policy. Benefits will be discussed during the hiring process.
