Role Description The Human Resources Specialist at D-Light Solar is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining personnel records, and supporting performance management processes. The specialist will assist in developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits and compensation-related documentation, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and company standards.

Daily tasks include addressing employee queries, coordinating with hiring managers on recruitment activities, and supporting employee engagement initiatives and HR-related training.



The role also involves preparing HR reports, contributing to process improvements, and working closely with leadership to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in day-to-day HR operations.
- Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies while ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
- Experience managing Employee Benefits programs, including enrollment, communication, and documentation.
- Proficiency in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate employee records and supporting performance and attendance tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations relevant to the region.
- Robust interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.
- Proficiency with HR software and MS Office, and strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
