Role Description The Human Resources Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various roles across the organization, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection processes. This full-time, on-site position, based in Jaipur, involves partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, defining role requirements, and ensuring timely and high-quality hiring. The Recruiter will maintain candidate pipelines, manage talent databases, and support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for new team members.

Day-to-day responsibilities also include coordinating assessment processes,



maintaining recruitment metrics, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable employment regulations. The role may further contribute to employer branding initiatives, campus recruitment, and continuous improvement of recruitment practices.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and interview coordination, with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, job portals, and professional networking platforms to build and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes, HR best practices, and basic employment regulations relevant to hiring and onboarding.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to collaborate with hiring managers and engage candidates professionally.
- Organizational and time-management abilities, including attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and data handling integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR operations, preferably in direct-selling, FMCG, or wellness-related industries.
- Comfort working on-site in Jaipur, with a proactive approach, ethical mindset, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.
