Job Summary

Web India Branding & Marketing Private Limited is looking for a proactive and responsible HR Manager to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance monitoring, and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and workplace discipline.
- Monitor employee performance, KPIs, and appraisal processes.
- Handle employee concerns, grievances, engagement, and retention.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.




- Coordinate with department heads on manpower planning and employee development.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and provide updates to management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in an IT or service-based company.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR tools.
- Ability to manage HR operations independently and professionally.
