· Coordinate contract labor and contractor compliance

· Organize training, induction, skill development, and safety programs





· Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and HR MIS reports

· Support audits, buyer compliance, and management reviews

· Implement HR policies, SOPs, and welfare initiatives
