Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee all core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for Surat Updates. In this full-time, on-site role located in Surat, the HR Manager will manage HR policies, maintain employee records, coordinate training and development, and ensure compliance with applicable labor regulations. The role includes partnering with leadership to support workforce planning, designing initiatives to enhance employee engagement, and handling day-to-day HR queries and conflict resolution.

The HR Manager will also support payroll coordination, benefits administration,



and the implementation of HR best practices aligned with the organization’s goals.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes, with experience managing full hiring cycles.
- Demonstrated ability in performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution to support a positive work environment.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements relevant to in office employment in Surat or similar urban settings.
- Experience in training and development, including designing and delivering HR-related workshops or employee engagement programs.
- Proficiency with HR information systems, employee record management, and coordination of payroll and benefits activities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, ideally within media, digital content, or fast-paced service-oriented organizations.
