Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Daily activities include coordinating hiring processes, maintaining HR records, supporting managers with workforce planning, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Manager will design and implement HR policies, manage attendance and leave, handle grievance resolution, and drive engagement initiatives. The role also includes collaborating with leadership to support organizational changes, training programs,



and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to manage the full employee lifecycle.
- Candidates should have experience in performance management, employee engagement, and grievance handling to support a positive workplace culture.
- Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in HR policy development, compliance with labor laws, and maintenance of accurate HR documentation.
- Candidates should have capabilities in training coordination, talent development, and change management to support organizational growth.
- Candidates should exhibit strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across teams.
- Candidates should be comfortable working with HRIS or HR-related software, maintaining data confidentiality, and using MS Office tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an HR managerial or senior HR generalist role and familiarity with local employment regulations will be beneficial.
