Shoption is building the future of AgriTech in India, and we’re looking for an HR Manager who can build people, culture, and systems alongside a fast-growing business.

This is not just an HR operations role—you will own end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, HR policies, and workforce planning while working closely with business leaders.

What You’ll Own

- Lead end-to-end hiring across functions and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Drive onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Manage HR operations, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, F&F;, and employee records.
- Coordinate PF, ESIC, TDS, MLWF and other statutory compliances.
- Drive KRAs, performance reviews, appraisals, targets, and variable pay.
- Build strong employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies, processes, and systems.




- Partner with department heads on manpower planning and organizational development.
- Drive HRMS/ERP adoption and maintain accurate HR MIS and management reports.

What We’re Looking For
- MBA/PGDM in HR / Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 3–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth organization.
- Robust knowledge of HR Operations, Recruitment, Payroll & Statutory Compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong command of MS Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS/ERP.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and handle sensitive employee information with complete confidentiality.
