- Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Division, responsible for overseeing HR operations across multiple hospitality venues. This role includes managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to ensure locations are staffed with qualified and engaged team members.

The Human Resources

Manager develops and implements HR policies, facilitates performance management processes, and supports learning and development initiatives. Daily responsibilities include addressing employee relations matters, maintaining statutory and company compliance, managing payroll inputs and attendance records, and partnering with leadership to promote a positive, inclusive, and safe work environment. The role also involves supporting organizational culture, driving employee engagement programs, and providing HR reporting and insights to management.

- Qualifications




- Candidates should possess strong core HR skills, including recruitment and selection, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.

- Candidates should possess HR operations and compliance skills, such as policy development, HR documentation, payroll coordination, attendance and leave management, and knowledge of labor laws and statutory requirements.

- Candidates should possess employee relations and people management skills, including conflict resolution, coaching, counseling, disciplinary procedures, and the ability to build trust with diverse teams.

- Candidates should possess organizational and analytical skills, including HR data reporting, workforce planning, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

- Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills, including clear verbal and written communication, the ability to work with cross-functional teams, and a customer-service mindset toward internal stakeholders.

- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; a master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is an advantage.

- Prior experience as an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role in hospitality, retail, or service-focused organizations is highly beneficial.

- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, with flexibility to visit multiple venues and adapt to a fast-paced hospitality workplace.
