Job Summary

K.L. Mahajan & Sons manufactures boxing equipment, martial arts equipment, fight wear and sportswear. We are hiring an HR Manager to manage all HR operations at our Meerut facility, including recruitment, payroll coordination, training, compliance and employee relations.

Responsibilities

Manpower Planning

- Prepare job descriptions and job requirements in consultation with HODs
- Identify suitable recruitment sources
- Prepare and update the organization structure on time

Recruitment and Onboarding

- Recruit candidates as per department head requirements
- Coordinate walk-in, campus, personal and telephonic interviews, and obtain HOD approval
- Prepare and issue letters of intent to selected candidates
- Complete joining formalities and collect required documents
- Plan and conduct induction and orientation programs
- Maintain the employee database, records and a position-wise application data bank
- Prepare job responsibilities for all employees as per SOPs, and review and update SOPs

Attendance, Payroll and Salary Administration

- Maintain attendance in the time management system and generate attendance reports for salary processing
- Coordinate with finance on monthly payroll, including entries for recent joiners and unpaid leave

HR Administration





- Handle offer release, bank account opening and ID card coordination
- Verify documents and conduct background verification of new joiners
- Resolve employee grievances and queries on leave policy, salary payment and similar matters
- Maintain the notice board with employee recognition and regular updates
- Issue verbal or written warnings for continued absenteeism or leave without prior information

Exit and Full and Final Settlement

- Conduct exit interviews for resigned, quit or terminated employees
- Coordinate full and final settlement with finance and circulate relieving notices to departments

Compliance

- Support ISO 9001:2015 audits and conduct and close social audits such as SMETA/SEDEX or similar
- Maintain the factory/plant as per compliance requirements

Requirements

- Required qualification: MBA
- Required experience: 10+ years in Human Resources
- Required skills: HR policy execution, recruitment, performance management, training and development, MIS reports, compliance, communication and interpersonal skills, planning and coordination, decision making and problem solving, ability to work under pressure, Microsoft Office
- Preferred skills: Experience with ISO 9001:2015 and SMETA/SEDEX audits, ERP-based payroll and attendance systems

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
