Role Description: The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day operations across core HR functions in a full-time capacity. This on-site role is based in Hyderabad and involves assisting with employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

The intern will help coordinate employee benefits documentation, assist in organising internal communications and employee engagement activities, and contribute to HR reporting and data management. The role also includes collaborating with different teams,



responding to basic employee queries, and ensuring HR processes are compliant, organised, and efficient.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing a career in HR.
- Understanding of HR policies and employee benefits, and the ability to support their implementation and documentation.
- Skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate employee records and handling confidential information responsibly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and interact with employees professionally.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning.
- Comfort with basic office software and HR-related tools; experience with HRIS or spreadsheets is an advantage.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad and adapt to a quick-paced, growth-oriented consulting environment.
