Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day HR activities in a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.

Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment processes, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding activities. The intern will help maintain employee records, track attendance, and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures. The role also involves coordinating with teams to address basic HR queries,



supporting employee engagement initiatives, and preparing HR-related documentation and reports.

The intern will work closely with HR and management to gain exposure to core HR functions in a fast-paced consultancy setting.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Management and HR Policies.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Employee Benefits and basic HR compliance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Proficiency in MS Office or equivalent productivity tools; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
