? Key Responsibilities:

Assist with end-to-end recruitment and hiring

Source and screen candidates through job portals & social platforms

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates

Maintain candidate and employee records

Support onboarding and joining formalities

Assist in daily HR operations and employee engagement activities

Coordinate with different teams for hiring requirements

? Who Can Apply?

Freshers with a strong interest in HR are welcome

Candidates with 1–2 years of HR/Recruitment experience preferred

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working in an on-site setting

Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
