Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in managing day-to-day people operations and processes in a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant records. The intern will help update and organize HR documentation, support onboarding of new hires, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives and feedback collection.



This role also involves coordinating benefits-related queries, maintaining personnel data accuracy, and providing administrative support across HR functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess basic skills in Personnel Management and maintaining employee records.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with HR software is an advantage.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
