Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business
- Manage the entire recruitment, screening, selection and on-boarding processes
- Support current and future business needs through workforce planning, and development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Actively nurture a positive working environment and help management shape a positive, value-based company culture
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Assess training needs and develop and manage training programs
- Maintain pay plan, benefits program and all HR policies and procedures

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Master’s degree in business administration, or social work, with specialization in Human resources - advanced qualification or certification in HR management preferred
- Thorough understanding of HR best practices and legal requirements
- Robust leadership, communication and people skills
- Proficiency in conducting background checks and information verification
- Proficiency in HR management software, online recruiting platforms and MS Office
