WE’RE HIRING | HR & CULTURE MANAGER The Happy Hour is growing, and we’re looking for an energetic, people-first HR & Admin Manager to join our team in Gurgaon.If you’re someone who loves working with people, can bring structure to a quick-moving startup, and knows how to balance people processes culture, we’d love to meet you.

What will you do?

- Manage attendance, leaves, payroll coordination and employee records
- Build and maintain HR policies and processes
- Handle employee concerns and resolve issues effectively
- Conduct regular check-ins and support performance management
- Drive employee engagement activities and team culture

Hiring

- Manage recruitment across functions
- Write and post JDs, screen candidates and coordinate interviews
- Maintain the hiring pipeline and ensure positions are closed on time
- Build a strong talent pipeline for our growing team

Admin & Operations

- Manage day-to-day office administration
- Coordinate vendors, office requirements and supplies
- Ensure smooth functioning of the Gurgaon office
- Take ownership of HR documentation and compliance





Who are we looking for?

- 2–3 years of experience in HR / People Operations in a startup.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
- Good understanding of recruitment and HR processes
- Startup experience is a big plus
- Someone who genuinely enjoys working with people ❤️
