- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Post job openings on various hiring platforms and social media channels
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and HR records




- Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth joining experience for new interns and employees
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, virtual events, and team-building activities
- Help draft HR documents, offer letters, internship certificates, and other HR-related communications
- Conduct basic research on HR trends, recruitment strategies, and employer branding practices
- Contribute ideas to improve hiring processes, employee experience, and workplace culture

- Practical exposure to recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations
- Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
