Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support daily HR operations in a full-time, remote capacity.

Responsibilities include assisting with maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding and orientation processes, and helping with the implementation of HR policies and procedures. The intern will help coordinate employee perks information, support personnel management activities, and contribute to HR documentation and reporting.



Additional tasks may include assisting with recruitment logistics, scheduling interviews, and participating in HR-related projects that enhance training, engagement, and workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing practical HR skills.
- Ability to understand and support HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration.
- Interest or experience in Personnel Management, including record-keeping and employee support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle confidential information responsibly.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets) and willingness to learn HR systems and tools.
