Role Description The HR Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Guwahati. The HR Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, and supporting payroll and attendance processes. This role will handle employee relations activities, such as addressing queries, supporting conflict resolution, and promoting a positive workplace culture.

The HR Executive will assist in implementing and updating HR policies, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. The position also involves collaborating with management on performance management, training initiatives, and other HR projects that support business goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including workforce planning and talent management.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations,



such as handling documentation, HR systems, and routine HR processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, including communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
- Candidates should possess skills in developing and implementing HR Policies that align with legal requirements and company standards.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations, especially related to on-site operations in Guwahati.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in an HR role within training, coaching, or automotive sectors is an advantage.
